Instructions: Use the clues to find the name of substance. You may use a periodic table if needed.

Clue 1: I contain the elements carbon and oxygen.
Clue 2: I am used in fizzy drinks and fire extinguishers.
Clue 3: I have the chemical formula [math]CO_2[/math] and am needed by plants for photosynthesis.
